Does anyone remember the days long ago when you would take your lunch to school in a lunch box with a thermos? My personal preference was the Cabbage Patch Kids. It was yellow. I would pretend that I was a grown up drinking coffee from the cap of my thermos because it looked like a coffee cup. Little did I know that when I actually became a grown up, I wouldn't find coffee, drinking it, or being an adult all that cool. Things were simple then. Before the harsh realities of the grown up world smacked me in the face, the hardest part of my day was deciding if I was going to crimp my hair or go for the side pony tail. Now I have to worry about bills, taxes, houses, car notes, presidential elections and some stupid idea the Commissioner of Transportation has about taxing me for every mile I drive. I think I'd much rather return to the days when driving consisted of unplugging my rechargeable 4 wheeler from the wall and switching the speed lever to the rabbit symbol and hauling tail 4 houses down to jump on the trampoline.
Yep, life was much easier then.
