I know I said my mission to slim down officially began on July 8th but it actually just really started yesterday and I must admit that I am pretty proud of myself. Yesterday in the spirit of shedding the weight, we went for a little bike ride. 8 miles later I was feeling dizzy and was on the verge of vomiting but there was also a slight feeling of accomplishment! Besides the dreaded exercise, I started counting calories, fat, and fiber grams this morning with my bowl of Raisin Bran and hope that this is something I can keep up for the long haul.
With a few helpful tips, I feel like I am on my way to a hot swim suit ready bod just in time for our cruise in November!
